Sonic Skin Care – Smoothing Away the Traces of Time with an Artist's Touch

Many new clients ask me, "Cindy, how long have you been doing this in Houston?"

I won't say much; I’ll just let this picture do the talking. This is the Summer 2011 issue of NU IMAGE magazine, featuring an advertisement for Sonic Skin Care.

From then until now, I have been rooted in Houston for a full 18 years. Counting my previous experience, I have over 20 years of solid, hands-on experience in this industry. Clients fly in endlessly to see me from California, Alaska, Hawaii, New York, and even Canada. These 18 years are the best proof of my technique and reputation.

Take a look at these peony paintings; I painted them myself. Those in the know call this the "Mogu" (Boneless) style in Chinese painting.

Its greatest difficulty lies in the fact that there is no draft or sketch. Unlike Western oil or watercolor painting, where you can first outline a contour and then fill in the color, "Mogu" painting requires the brush to carry both color and water. The moisture level and the speed of the stroke must be controlled perfectly. The composition must be entirely in your mind. Once the brush touches the paper, there is no going back—one wrong stroke, and the whole piece is ruined. You don't just have to paint it correctly; you have to capture the "vivid spirit" of the subject. That is the mark of a true master.

Performing skin repair is actually the same principle as painting in the "Mogu" style.

Once, a client saw the immediate results of my work and her jaw dropped. She said, "Oh my god, the skin repair industry right now is like a parallel universe!"

Why did she say that? Because she realized that even in many large institutions or hospitals, they are still using very traditional methods—freezing (cryotherapy), cutting with a knife, or using strong corrosive chemicals. These methods are not only expensive, but most importantly, they often fail to remove the issue in one go and can easily leave scars.

In contrast, using our Laser Technology is all about "rhythm." The intensity, duration, and depth of the energy must be precisely grasped. A client's skin is living tissue; it might move. It’s like shooting a bird in flight: you have to predict its trajectory and aim for where it will be—this is called "leading the target." You have to follow the skin’s texture and rhythm. This capability is built entirely on years of accumulated technique and experience.

At Sonic Skin Care, whether congenital or acquired, 98% of skin imperfections—such as various moles, spots, flat warts, DPN, skin tags, birthmarks, red veins (capillaries), red spots, skin hyperplasia, milia/fat granules, etc.—can be resolved in a single session.

To ensure more clients can enjoy the surprise that high technology brings, our prices have always been Affordable, and we always provide Free Consultations.

Some girls buy unreliable solutions online to save money and try to DIY at home. The result is either it doesn't work, or it leaves a scar. I strongly advise everyone: Never DIY. When it comes to skin issues, you must find an experienced professional.
